On a lovely spring evening in Bath it was one of the smaller sales with only 10 Lots being offered, but we sold 8 of them for some truly impressive prices. Those that could make it to The Assembly Rooms would have seen half of Bradford on Avon turn up to buy 133 Bath Road which kept the room full until the end.

The packed room saw some entertaining bidding which resulted in some impressive results and exceeded our vendor's expectations. It goes without saying that the vendor's were delighted with how much more we got them and in one case the comment was 'it's life changing'. It goes to show that if the property is right then Auction can be a great way of selling a property and achieving best price.

It goes without saying that the standout Lot was 133 Bath Road. With over 100 viewings we always thought there would be some competitive bidding for this 3 bedroom semi detached house which was in need of complete renovation. To achieve £274,000 was a fantastic result and needless to say the client is extremely happy.
