Strakers Land & Property Auction - Catalogue Out Now

Welcome to Strakers final land and property auction of the year. 2015 has been a busy year for the auction department, with eight auctions filled with interesting and diverse Lots.

Not only have we moved the department to Chippenham we have had two new members of staff join us, with Karen taking on the administrative duties and Rachael joining us only this week as a negotiator. With these additions we intend to not only offer more Lots in 2016 but hope we will provide a smoother and improved service.

There are some fantastic opportunities included in this catalogue and we look forward to having a chat about them with you and hopefully seeing you at the sale on the 10th December.

More Rugby World Cup Results

We have been running a competition alongside the Rugby World Cup whereby the winners would have the chance to sell (or let) their property absolutely free. And runners-up would receive tickets to see Bath Rugby play or a signed, replica miniature rugby ball. The competition was simple: guess the winning team!

The prize draw was made on Tuesday the 3rd November at Farleigh House, the prestigious headquarters and training facility of Bath Rugby, and no less than Wales International and Bath forward Dominic Day was on hand to draw the winning tickets. First and second prizes winners were Jane Needham, Mr Fleming and Mr Jackson, all from Chippenham; and Mr Brickell from Wootton Bassett. Runners-up from across the county will be personally presented with their replica mini rugby balls; treasured prizes for sure! Christina Greene, our Marketing Manager, said ‘We have all enjoyed the real World Cup enormously and taking part in it ourselves has been great fun! The response has been terrific and we were really delighted that Dom was available to help with the Draw.’
