Welcome to the Strakers Auction Newsletter. We're halfway through the viewings for the August auction with some lots in particular getting a lot of interest. The land as we would usually see seems to be generating the most interest alongside the usual renovation and modernisation projects. It is not too late to arrange a viewing for the available lots and the legal documentation for the lots are starting to arrive.

Introducing...

Izzy Percy has recently joined us in the auction team having spent the last year working part-time for the residential sales office in Chippenham. Splitting her time between both auctions and residential sales Izzy is looking to broaden her knowledge of the property industry. Her role will involve being responsible for arranging the viewings and following up all possible leads which include viewings, legal pack downloads and general enquiries.
