We have a variety of buyers at our auctions from developers and investors to families looking for the house which they could call home. Last year we offered an older style 3 bedroom semi-detached house situated in a popular village about 3 miles from Devizes. The house had been in the same ownership for about 40 years and had been untouched for a good few years, it did however have a good feel about it and as it sits in a generous plot of about 0.20 acre there was certainly space for improvement.
